Personal Touch Florist did an outstanding job for my mother's 90th birthday celebration! Our theme was roses and sunflowers, and they brought our vision to life beautifully. The table centerpieces were absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and lasted for several days after the celebration. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful the centerpieces were, and they truly added an elegant touch to the event. When my mom passed away we put her floral arrangements in the hand of A Personal Touch. I must say he outcome was breath taking. Not only did the listen they delivered. People are still talking about it to this day . Thank you so much for your service.

Spoke with Justin to order two standing sprays for my brother in law’s funeral service. Provided all of the information and he let me know that he would speak with the funeral home the following Monday. I provide him with my number as well as my other family members. The flowers were never delivered and the funeral home was never contacted. It was very disappointing finding out the day of the flowers were not there and no one ever reached out if there was a problem. Update: I was able to speak with Justin and clear some of the details about why we didn’t receive any flowers. I appreciate him speaking with me. I can’t give a 5 stars because we didn’t have any flowers and still didn’t receive any communication. However, we are understanding of businesses being busy.

I couldn’t have been happier with the floral arrangement that Justin created as an anniversary gift. He incorporated the flowers that I told him my wife favored and did so in a stunning display. She was thrilled. Justin even moved up the home delivery in response to a last minute change of plans on my part. Don’t give up if you don’t reach someone with your first call; they will call you back.

I reached out to Justin on very short notice to order a spray for my mother’s casket, and he truly delivered. He assembled the spray beautifully using the exact paint can colors we requested. The flowers were big, vibrant, and arranged perfectly — the spray was full and stunning.
